The LILY Kit Lite
We are excited to announce today the release of the LILY Kit Lite. After releasing the original LILY Kit, we received plenty of excited feedback, but also feedback that it is not yet affordable enough for the active Maker. Thus, we pulled forward the release of the LILY Kit Lite, which was initially scheduled for early 2021.

How does the LILY Kit Lite compare to the original LILY Kit:
The LILY Kit Light is a downsized version of our original LILY Kit. The core technology with our patent-pending extrusion zone design, the self-developed dispenser PCB, and the overall design, will be the same. We downsized some of the motors and other components to offer approx. 80% of the performance at 59%of the original price.
3 variants per product for increased accessibility and pre-order discounts:
In order to increase accessibility to Fused GranularFabrication (FGF) or pellet 3D printing, we decided to offer 3 variants. Thus, creating access to powerful pellet 3D printing for different budgets and levels of knowledge.

Pre-order conditions:
· 25 Orders needed for production:We had planned for the LILY Kit Lite to be released early 2021 and therefore needed to search for short-term extra manufacturing capacity. For the production of this new light to at least reach break even, we will require a minimum of 25 units sold across the 3 variants: Assembled, Full DIYSet and Core DIY set. You will see that we added a counter widget to each product, under the "Pre-Order Now" button, that will indicate how many units have been sold so far across the 3 variants. In case we don't reach the minimum order number, we will not produce the LILY Kit Light and instead of course refund all orders.
· Fulfillment start 1st of Dec.: Just with the pre-orders of the original LILY Kit, we will start shipping the pre-orders1st Dec. and will push hard to get everyone their unit before Christmas.
· 100 units only available: As mentioned before, the LILY Kit Light was not planned to be released now, but rather nextyear. Finding and freeing up manufacturing capacity with this short turn around is tricky. Thus we can only offer 100 units maximum this year. We will acceptorders on a first come first serve basis, until we run out of availability.
